PROPS – Positive Response to Overcoming Problems of Substance Misuse, is a North East based support service for individuals, families and carers of those living with alcohol and substance misuse.

With a tired, old and un-responsive website that was lacking in cohesiveness and direction, PROPS contacted us to find out how we could help them breathe new life into their online presence, give the website a facelift and deliver a great user experience.

A Brand New Responsive Website

We quickly set about working with the team at PROPS to get a firm understanding of their aspirations for the project and its outcome.  Quite simply the key requirements were modernisation, responsiveness, user experience, corporate colours to unify marketing and promotional materials, clear concise information and delivering messages of support.

Given the thorough brief, we were able to move the project along at a fast pace from our initial wire framing to design concept stage and we were delighted to get a big thumb’s up from the client following our presentation of the first draft to start developing the site.

Happy Clients!

We developed the new website in WordPress as one of the key requirements for PROPS was to be able to update the content and images independently.  Their current website was built using a bespoke CMS and they were unable to reach the previous developer so found themselves in a position where they were unable to keep the site up to date themselves.

On completion of the new design we presented the finished project to the team at PROPS and they were thrilled with the look and functionality of the site. They loved the simplicity of the navigational structure & the oversized scrolling banner to really promote the work they do and reach out to their audience.

The client is also delighted with the Wordpress framework & how easy it is to update content and images independently.  It’s been a pleasure working the team at PROPS and we hope that the new website will aid those in need to find help and support when they need it.

Thank you!
