Michaela Fay Research Consultancy is one of the leading independent research agencies in the North East. For over 10 years company founder Michaela Fay has been passionate about providing intellectually sound research services that deliver results and support positive change.

MFRC has an outstanding reputation in the industry which is demonstrated through the exponential business growth which has been created solely through word of mouth and glowing recommendations from clients. When MFRC decided to see how much further they could push the business with standout branding & a new website, they wanted to work with a local company and we are delighted to say…that is us!

Passionate about research

We love working with local businesses who have grown their brand on reputation. When Michaela Fay Research Consultancy decided to invest in branding and a website to take their business to the next level, we were of course delighted when they chose Onit to help them along the way. After a couple of preliminary meetings with the founder of the company, we had a clear vision for the brand and direction for the new website…or so we thought! If we’re being totally honest, the logo that was chosen as the strongest contender almost didn’t make it to the client as we didn’t think it would appeal to her…just shows how wrong you can be!

So with the logo firmly chosen we were able to design & develop a really strong website that stands out, looks fresh and is full of engaging content. Bar a few minor content edits here and there, the first draft of the website was exactly what the client was looking for and what you see on the web today! Another happy client and a happy team at Onit.
