Hackett Property is based in Sunderland and over the last 12 years, have established themselves as one of the leading estate agents in the North East. Always staying one foot ahead of the competition, Hackett felt it was the right time to invest in a brand new, fully responsive website that would showcase their properties, promote their services and attract new business.

Having already worked with the management team at Hackett for some years delivering an extremely competitive and highly successful SEO campaign, we were of course delighted when they asked us to design and develop their new site to take the business forward to the next level.

Working closely with the team at Hackett we were able to marry a design a concept that is modern, fresh and delivers a great user experience with a bespoke property management system and integrated 3rd party software to make this a stand out website in the property sector.

Working with a local company who are looking to expand and grow their business is always exciting and the team at Hackett Property have a passion for property that really shines through. With a somewhat dated website letting the side down, we really wanted to make the new site pop and show Hackett Property as the forward thinking property experts that they are!

Our inspiration for the vibrant colour palette came from their logo and our main focus during the design process was showcasing their property portfolio to drive sales and lettings. As well as implementing a bespoke property search facility we integrated the site with third party property management software, simplified the navigational structure to deliver a great user experience and filled the site with great imagery and optimised content to ensure continued SEO success.
