A Brand Spanking New Website for Estate Agent Easiliving…
With an enviable reputation and history behind them leading estate agent Easiliving had always been ahead of the game when it came to promoting their wares online and off. However, with their 15th birthday on the horizon the brand approached us to renew their overall look, website functionality and ultimately improve the experience for the people they were renowned for matching with the region’s greatest properties.
Our relationship with Easiliving
During their time within the industry, Easiliving, formerly known as Easilet, has grown into one of the North East’s market leaders and from their Jesmond base, they have cultivated a vast area knowledge that only comes with experience. As well as providing an outstanding service to families, couples and individuals looking for their next property to buy or to rent, the Easiliving team are a firm favourite with students, and this background is something they were particularly keen to represent through their new web platform.
Thanks to our work with Easiliving over a number of years and via various web design and online marketing projects, we were the natural partners to provide the build they were looking for and we were of course delighted to assist. The team were looking for a fully responsive website with a bespoke property search facility and we hit the ground running to fulfil this brief.
The project
In regards to the website’s appearance, we opted for clean lines and an overall contemporary feel, which whilst being professional was attractive to their younger demographic, i.e. students looking to move to the area to attend our universities. During the development of the property search facility for sales and lettings, we integrated with their property management software to ensure a seamless property search. The WorldPay gateway was also integrated enabling Easiliving to accept online payments for rent.
Our software integration didn’t stop there; various pieces of third party software were incorporated to enable clients to report maintenance problems online, complete forms online or download, and provide a landlord’s login area for added personalisation. In addition to this, the new Vieweet property system was added during the build, a feature that enables Easiliving to upload 360° virtual tours and allow clients to book onto smart viewings to schedule a property viewing which they watch online.
The result
With various system integrations making the platform more user friendly and informative, a stunning gallery to showcase Easiliving’s interior design projects and a host of landing pages to deliver essential information on the best locations in Newcastle as well as useful details for tenants, students and landlords, we’re pleased to report the website is now complete and the client couldn’t be happier.
The aim of the project – to give the Easiliving website a fresh and contemporary look and offer their clients a wider range of online services to make property management, rental & search easier – has been met allowing new and existing clients to enjoy a property sales, letting and management experience like no other.
